ATTIVITA' DELL'UFFICIO 

Lo IAT si occupa della accoglienza e dell'informazione ai turisti, della organizzazione di eventi e manifestazioni, della promozione del territorio e dei suoi prodotti.

Presso lo I.A.T. sono attivi i seguenti servizi:

- Informazioni generali circa la località e zona e le relative strutture ricettive
- Invio di materiale promozionale circa la località e zona;
- Redazione ed invio di newsletter con periodicità mensile e sulla base delle manifestazioni;
- Informazioni circa eventi e manifestazioni;
- Attività di comunicazione, promozione e ufficio stampa degli eventi ed iniziative a carattere turistico e culturale;
- Prenotazione di gite e visite guidate;
- Organizzazione e segreteria di eventi e manifestazioni;
- Realizzazione di depliant, manifesti e locandine degli eventi e manifestazioni.

L’attività dell’Ufficio IAT è rivolta ad un bacino d’utenza che coinvolge il Comune di Ghemme ed i Comuni vicini, in collaborazione con gli altri IAT del Novarese e con il coordinamento dell’ATL di Novara.

ACTIVITIES

The IAT is responsible for the reception and information to tourists, the organization of events and festivals, and the promotion of the territory and its products.

At the I.A.T. assets are the following services:


- General informations about the location, the area and their facilities
- Sending promotional material about the location and area;
- Editing and sending out newsletters based on the events;
- Information about events and festivals;
- Communication activities, promotion and press office of events and initiatives in tourism and culture;
- Booking excursions and guided tours;
- Organization and secretariat of events and festivals;
- Creation of brochures and posters of events and festivals.

The activities of the IAT is addressed to an area that involves the City of Ghemme and neighboring municipalities, in collaboration with other IAT of Novarese and coordination dell'ATL of Novara.

ACTIVITÉS

Le I.A.T. est chargé de l'accueil et l'information aux touristes, l'organisation d'événements et de festivals, et la promotion du territoire et de ses produits.

À le I.A.T. sont actifs les services suivants:
- Les activités de communication, de promotion et de bureau de presse des événements et des initiatives dans le tourisme et la culture;
- Réservation d'excursions et de visites guidées;
- L'organisation et le secrétariat d'événements et de festivals;
- Création de brochures et d'affiches de festivals et d'événements.

L'activité de IAT est dirigé vers une zone de captage qui implique la ville de Ghemme et les municipalités voisines, en coopération avec les autres IAT de Novara et de la coordination de l'ATL (Entreprise touristique locale publique) de Novara.
